What if I don’t yet have a team?
You don’t need one to work with me inside of The Builder.
One of the biggest mistakes I see business owners make is hiring without clarity and the right structure in place first. When you hire before you know the role you’re actually assigning, the systems they’ll need to succeed, the documentation to support them, and what “great” looks like in your business — you end up leaking money because you’re not maximising the hire.
The Builder is a powerful lead-in to hiring a VA (or expanding support) because we install the foundations first — clarity, structure, systems and standards — so when you do hire, it actually works.
And yes — I can absolutely help you identify what role/s is needed, what to delegate, and what support will give you the biggest lift.
What’s not included?
To keep The Builder strategic and infrastructure-focused, it does not include:
daily task management inside your team
“embedded OBM” style team oversight / performance management
inbox management, DM management, customer service
ongoing content posting / repurposing / scheduling
social media management
repetitive admin tasks that don’t require strategic build
If you need execution support that’s The Executor.
Who does the work?
Me — always.
No agency model.
No subcontractors.
No offshore delegation.
If you hire me, you get me.
Do hours roll over?
No — hours are use-it-or-lose-it.
I block capacity for you monthly, so rollovers compromise quality and scheduling.
What’s the notice period to cancel?
After the initial 3-month term, one month notice is required.
Turnaround time?
Slack replies: within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri).
Delivery timelines depend on scope and priorities — you’ll have weekly clarity on what’s in motion and what’s next.
