How long do we work together?

The Business Backbone is structured as a 3-4 month engagement.

This work is intentionally time-bound.

The goal isn’t ongoing dependency — it’s to build the infrastructure, systems, and leadership rhythm your business needs to scale properly.

Four months allows enough time to:

- work inside the business to fully understand what’s needed

- execute on your near-term priorities and 2026 goals

- identify and remove the bottlenecks keeping you as the centre of everything

- build clean systems, documentation, and role ownership

- prepare the business for its next phase of growth

Most of the value in this work comes from it being focused, embedded, and decisive — not open-ended.
