$2,000 AUD a month for 25 hours a month

This is a month to month retainer, with no minimum commitments (as I totally understand sometimes you just need someone in your business for a month to support with a specific project) however one month notice is required. So if you’re only want a month, this is to be discussed on commencement.

What’s not included?

Any deep thinking work for your business. The Executor is where you hire me to DO. If you’re wanting someone to think alongside you, help you strategise, or provide solutions to bottlenecks — that is The Builder.

What if you notice gaps in my business?

Then I’ll 100% highlight them and provide suggestions on what’s needed, but I won’t do any of the in depth thinking work or building of the solutions. I can provide a seperate proposal for the scope of what I see, but The Executor isn’t about fixing gaps or removing bottlenecks. It’s about DOING what you hired me to do.

Who does the work?

Me. I’m 100% doing everything myself. You won’t have an offshore VA doing the work while I make profit on the hours. I am 100% solo and don’t operate as an agency. So you can rest assured knowing you’re getting what you’ve paid for and it’s only me in your business.

Do hours roll over?

No. The hours are a “use it or loose it” basis. I allocate adequate hours to work in your business each month, so this ensures I’m able to support you in the agreed upon ways without impacting quality of work.

What’s the notice period to cancel?

One month. How this looks is at the commencement of our work together if you know you only want my support for a month (maybe you just want someone for a specific launch) then your responsibility is to advise accordingly to ensure months don’t roll over. Otherwise if at any point you want to end working together you just need to advise a month in advance. I only open 4 spots across The Executor and The Builder at a time, so this ensures I can re-open a spot for another client.

Turnaround time?

Communication turn arounds are 24 hours Monday to Friday. Project turn arounds depend on the scope of the project however we will work on a weekly basis with clear priorities for the week and I’ll advise you according to the projects assigned. Things like design are often 2-3 business days (depending on how many assets) as an idea. Sometimes sooner.
