I've been in the online space for over 7 years.
Before this work, I was deeply immersed in building, running, and supporting businesses through growth, complexity, and change.
What I saw again and again was this: smart, capable leaders doing everything “right” — yet feeling stretched, scattered, and overly required in their business.
Not because they lacked strategy.
But because the infrastructure underneath the business hadn’t evolved with the growth.
